On The Go Relief is a Mboile Food Pantry community organization under Expecting Relief a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Expecting Reliefs mission is to keep a smile in every families HEART by creating lasting solutions to poverty, education and hunger.

Food insecurity is defined as the disruption of food intake or eating patterns because of lack of money and other resources. Food insecurity may be long term or temporary; one "bad month" can be enough to plunge a household into food insecurity. Part of what makes food insecurity so difficult to solve is that the underlying causes — poverty, unemployment/under-employment and inconsistent access to enough healthy food — are often deeply interconnected. Moving in and out of food insecurity simply adds more stress to a household that may already be wrestling with instability and unpredictability.

In America it is unfortunate to be in a situation no one ever dreams of; hungry and homeless. On The Go Relief is looking to address the financial hardship our communities are facing. Our community we service are labeled as low income/poverty areas. 95% of the residents have annual income ranging from $32,000-$53,000 and are living pay check to pay check. We are depended on and are apart of the low income/poverty statistics. Too many families are feeling buried, angered, depressed, hopeless and helpless. We are here to provide a sense of comfort and assure our community we will not let them down and we are here to help.
